- Installment Plans (Available for orders over $5,000)
A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
Delivery Information
Production Time
As all our furniture is custom-made to order, production typically takes 6-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume.
Shipping
- Local Delivery (Ghana): Free white-glove delivery and setup for orders over $2,000
- International Shipping: Available to USA, UK, and select countries. Shipping costs calculated based on destination and order size.
- White-Glove Service: Includes delivery, unpacking, assembly, and placement in your desired room
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and regular updates on your delivery status.
Returns & Warranty
As all pieces are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. All our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues.
